Who is Tenellus for?

How is it different from Lattice or 15Five?
Tenellus does one thing well: it keeps a ledger of what people commit to and makes sure it is settled. No annual cycles, engagement surveys or OKR trees to configure.
Does every employee need an account?
Managers can run reviews on their own. On the Team plan, members also prepare, sign off and update their own commitments.
Can we track KPIs?
Yes. Start from ready-made KPI sets for developers, product and project managers, designers, sales representatives and managers, account managers, support, marketing and team leads, then edit the targets or add your own. KPIs sit next to commitments in every review.
Is a single score used to judge people?
No. Ratings and the follow-through rate always sit next to written answers and context. Tenellus never ranks people on one number.
Where is our data stored?
On Amazon Web Services, encrypted at rest and in transit. Each organisation’s data is isolated, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Do people need a password?
No. People sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, with Google or Microsoft, or with a passkey on their phone or laptop. There is no password to remember or to leak.
Do you support single sign-on?
Yes. Teams on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 sign in with their work account. On the Business plan you can require it for everyone, so access is managed in one place and leavers lose access when their work account is closed.
